A female tortured victim-creation of her malevolent and deranged australian society reflected some of her True Reality rage by trying to kill her husband by feeding him crushed glass.
Acting under a mental delusion that was instilled by society, the citizen-slave became angry and wanted revenge because her husband had "cheated" on her. Clearly, the rational thinker can see that the insane notions of romantic love, marriage and the family unit are the primary cause for the woman's belief, and therefore society is responsible for her mindset.
Victim Lynette's society had convinced her of the lie that she needs to be "loved" by others, that her "husband" was "cheating" on her for simply having sexual intercourse with a woman. Society had programmed Lynette, and indeed 99%+ of you citizen-slaves, that the "cheating" is something to get very angry about, and that it is socially appropriate for the wife to express this anger, often violently, towards her husband only.
There is no such thing as "cheating", because the romantic love and marriage rituals have absolutely no legitimacy in Truth and are malevolent lies. Exactly how is having sexual times with a woman cheating? What is being taken, what is she being "cheated" of? Honesty? You things are living a lie! You lie and deceive all the time and this is not "cheating". No, only the act of having sexual relations outside of the manacles of marriage is "cheating".
It is unnatural for a female, or male, to have a single sex partner for decades. These notions of "cheating" have absolutely no legitimacy in Truth, but victim Lynette could not see this because she was brainwashed by society.
But this is what society does, it promotes romantic love and family units because it wants to enslave citizen-slaves to each other and so tighten the chains of social control.
Here we have a case where the structure of society has not only caused disaster, but society via it's social agents are trying to ensure that the causes are continued.
Society makes the claim that "cheating" is the primary motivation to try and bolster the "stay chained together" portion of the insane marriage ritual by sending a message via a weak sentence that violence is OK when your spouse has been "cheating". Society is trying to threaten it's citizen-slaves to obey the fascist institutions of society.
That said, let's take a look a the charges and sentence. The charges, which should have been "attempted murder", were heard at the highest level - Tasmania's Supreme Court.
Quessy pleaded "guilty" just before going to trial, so she doesn't get those phantom sentencing discounts. She plead "guilty" last month to one count of administering a poison and four counts of attempting to administer a poison. Of course, society is guilty of these charges, not victim Quessy. It is outrageous how the blame has been twisted onto her by society. But we must also remain analytical, we must see that these are serious charges and would normally and perversely attract a heavy sentence.
Look at the legal facts of the case :
1. She kept crushed glass from a neon tube in a container in a container in her pantry, ready for use. Proof that the crime was premeditated.
2. Concealed by being mixed with butter, the glass was served five times in sandwiches and a biscuit treat over a period two months. This is an obvious attempt to ensure the husband ingests the crushed glass, which can easily kill or seriously maim.
3. After the "cheating" incident, she lived with her socially allocated slave-owner for three (3) years without incident. Proof that the "cheating" was only a secondary factor in Truth.
5. Then a property dispute arose between them, possibly due to the female believing that the "cheating" meant she should get half. At this time the glass sandwiches were deployed. She had time to leave or reconsider, or "down" time.
6. The target found the crushed glass in a Tupperware-type container in the pantry and started keeping his lunches in a freezer in his garage for analysis. One day, he found a note written by Lynette saying: "Q - at death what happens to transfer of property?" He then called pig-thugs in. OK, she wanted to kill him and take his money.
7. "You admitted that you wanted to hurt your husband ... and that revenge was a thought in your mind," Justice Tennent said. This proves intent of attempted murder for reason of revenge. Premeditated.
8. The depression Quessy claimed she felt after the "cheating" was not severe, as claimed, Justice Tennent said.

Sentence? (Drum roll, please)...... Not a single day of jail! She got a nine months suspended sentence - for trying to kill her husband with poison. WHY? Has tasmanian society began a slight movement towards Truth-based justice? Absolutely not! It is moving further and further away from Truth-based justice.
Lets take a look at the flimsy lie used by the justice system. "Justice" tennent said : "Quessy's thoughts were clearly disorganized at the time of her arrest."
"disorganized"! What creative use of words. If it was a serial-killer or a one-off murderer killer it would have been a rather different choice of words used. The crime was not disorganized, it was deliberately planned over a long period of time.
Certainly, societal whore Shan Tennent delivered a remarkably lenient sentence. Although the Forbidden Truth is that society has absolutely no right to pass moral judgment or sentence any of it's torture victims to punitive punishments, we must realise that these are not the reasons for the leniency of the court. The "slap-on-the-wrist" sentence was passed because society is pleased that females believe in romantic love and the marriage ritual to such and extent that they want to kill other humans. Society wants to promote that somehow she had a "good reason" to do what she did and at the same time threaten husbands not to "cheat". Sexual fascism rears it's societally sponsored ugly head again!
Consider this :
If she had targeted a stranger, she would have been given a hefty jail sentence. Why should the exact person who was targeted be of any importance? The action that the woman performed is still exactly the same. Both the "husband" and the stranger would have suffered the exact same dangers from the point of view of the poisoner. The woman would have had the same intent. It doesn't make any legitimate sense.
Simply because the man was labeled her "husband", society insanely considers this to be a trivial matter. The fact that she still lives with him shows us how most married couples actually live together despite the Truth that they want to harm or even kill each other. This is because they are addicted to each other's false claims of "loving" the other, even though most couples hate and often attack each other.
The victim, Lynette Quessy, 50, has actually "gone back" to her husband, and what is even more insane is that the husband has "taken her back"! Despite this being a dangerous and lie-based situation, the legal court and society are actually happy for this outcome. They are happy that these two citizen-slaves are so broken and Truth-hating that they think they still "love" each other - despite one trying to kill the other. They are happy, because this boosts the romantic love and family unit structures that society is based on.
Yes, this citizen-slave actually wants to live with someone who has tried to kill him. He deludes himself that she "loves" him, despite the obvious Truth that she cannot love him because she needs him to love her. Unless you can love yourself, you cannot love others. Both parties are "needy". Yes, she tried to kill him, yet he still manages to delude himself that she "loves" him. Amazing!
This is proof not only of society's malevolent intentions, but how hopelessly brainwashed most citizen-slaves really are. I know that victim Lynette deserves no punishment from the society that created her, but the sole reason for the lenient sentence was due to society wanting more of these types of situations.
CONCLUSION
Well, if I ever get charged for poisoning sandwiches, I hope I get a suspended sentence. I would get 10 years, I know that to be true. Of course, I am a Philosopher of Truth.
We must always remember that the so-called justice system is designed not to deliver justice or solve problems but to deprive individuals of justice and prop-up it's institutions. We must remember that the standards of justice as quoted by society are 100% false and illegitimate.
We must always acknowledge that the various magistrates, judges and justices etc. are nothing more than societal whores, and are living breathing weapon-agents of a lie-based and immoral society.
Soicety is malevolent and sick, and has no legitimate right to impose and punishment on anyone. It certainly has no right to morally judge any individual, and any such judgment passed by the law courts is invalid.
Out of the thousands of morally outrageous cases where a tortured victim-creation is sentenced to further harm and punishments by the monstrous society that created them, we must always see with vision clear the reasons why relatively lenient sentences have been applied. We, as Truth-based thinkers, must never allow ourselves to be deluded that society has become more Truth-based or that the justice system is trying to be fair and deliver Truth-based justice.
No, society is simply trying to bolster its romantic love/family unit/marriage insanities, that is responsible for abusing and breaking generation after generation of human children, and enslaving them as adults.
